Precise temperature and pressure control

The integrated heating function can precisely control the temperature of the mold to ensure that the material is plasticized, solidified or bonded at the set high temperature. This makes it possible to process thermoplastic materials, thermosetting materials or powder metallurgy processes that cannot be completed by cold pressing.

All-electric servo technology for high precision and efficiency

Directly driven by a servo motor, micron-level pressure and position control is achieved. Under high temperature and pressure, each hot pressing cycle is highly repeatable, effectively reducing scrap rates and ensuring consistent product quality.

Highly customized services

Different tonnages (15T to 500T) and heating modules can be customized according to customers’ specific product requirements (such as melting point, molding temperature, etc.), which provides great flexibility in processing various thermoforming materials.

Strict acceptance standards

The parallelism of the mold plate is controlled within ±0.02mm, and the clamping pressure repeatability is within 0.2T. These high standards ensure the long-term stability and reliability of the equipment under high temperature working conditions.
